Users must create an account to post or claim bounties. Only one account per person is allowed. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in a permanent ban.
Users can withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, but processing may take up to a month.
Users engaging in fraudulent activities, including unjustified refund requests, will be permanently banned.
To post a bounty, users must have sufficient funds in their account balance. Once posted, a bounty cannot be canceled but can be edited.
Bounties have a set time limit. If no submission is made, funds will be refunded automatically.
Multiple users may submit work for a bounty, but the bounty owner selects their preferred submission. The first submission is not guaranteed to be chosen.
All payments on FileBounty.com are in USD. International users are welcome but must transact in USD.
Users receive the full advertised bounty amount upon approval, but a 15% fee is automatically deducted for platform facilitation.
If no one claims a bounty, funds are automatically refunded.
If a submission is made but rejected, the bounty owner may request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed internally within one month.
There is no appeals process for refund denials. Refunds are all-or-nothing unless fraud is detected.
Posting illegal or inappropriate bounties will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to the police.
FileBounty.com does not guarantee the quality of work provided by users and is not responsible for any disputes over work quality.
FileBounty.com is not liable for lost funds, technical failures, or fraudulent activity on the platform.
FileBounty.com reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
